Girosol Corporation ("us", "we", or "our") operates the GDocs application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Definitions
Service
Service is the GDocs application (Girosol Invoice Acknowledge / Document Capture App) operated by Girosol Corporation

Deletion of Data
You may choose to request a deactivation of your account at any time. Your Data will not be deleted based on regulatory requirements Girosol must comply with.
Your account will be marked inactive/closed in our system. No further data will be added, modified or shared, except as required by law, or in accordance with this Policy.
We will store the data according to our retention policy, as stated above.
Should you decide to start using our services again, you may request that account to be reactivated.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
